Our New dual digital display Temperature Controller

Our new temperature controller is the easiest, and most operator friendly of any controller past or present.

The digital display on the left shows the actual temperature inside the unit.

The display on the right shows the temperature the unit is set for.

There are 4 buttons on the front of the controller: The left button (full circle) is the set button, the (half circle) button is for calibrating. The up, and down buttons are for raising and lowering the temperature.

Press the up button to raise, or the down button to lower to the desired temperature.

The green display (right) will flicker until you push the set button (full circle) to initiate that temperature.

There are two lights on the controller:

OUT #1 is indicating a request for power to the heating element.

It will light up until the temperature approaches the set temperature then blink continually as to maintain the desired temperature.

OUT #2 is the alarm. It will sound if the unit goes 3 degrees above or 3 degrees below the set point. To silence the alarm simply press the left (full circle) button.

We work hard to manufacture the best, most accurate temperature controlled Brooder / Incubator on the market, maintaining plus or minus 1 degree.  Each unit is tested at our facility before it is shipped to insure quality and accuracy.

No matter which model Brooder / Incubator or manufacturer you decide to choose, it's a good idea to have several good quality thermometers to set at baby level in your Nursery*Hospital®.
After you have unpacked, and studied the basic instructions and you still have questions please
do not hesitate to call, one of our staff will be glad to walk you through the set up procedures, to help familiarize you.

It is advised to run a new nursery hospital unit for at least 6 hours empty, to dissipate any new smell before placing animals inside.

Due to the danger and severity of animal diseases, it is impossible for us to accept for a refund or exchange any Nursery Hospital intensive care unit, incubator or related merchandise once it has been exposed to eggs or babies. Please make sure that this unit will suit your needs before placing anything inside.

Maximum care extended warranty program

Our maximum care extended warranties are designed to offer peace of mind by literally extending the length of time a customer can expect to receive the maximum coverage.

As your nursery hospital gets older, the cost of repairs will increase. That's when you need protection the most! You should consider protecting your investment by extending your nursery hospital’s original warranty with our extended warranty. Our extended warranty covers all parts and all labor with the exception of the door (Because of the inherit nature of Plexiglas and its tendency to scratch, or warp. doors are not covered under any warranty) for the life of the nursery unit. The only cost you would incur is shipping both ways. This is the most value you can add to your nursery hospital because this extended
warranty is transferable to the next owner.

NH- Digital extended warranty $249.95

Not all temperature controllers are created equal.

There are several manufacturing companies using unproven (made in the basement type) digital controllers. They claim to be “state of the art” with all kinds of cute little gimmicks like “password protected”. The use of unproven or faulty electronics can result in over heating, fire or worse yet death.  We live in a buyer beware world. The risks are so unnecessary. By taking a little time to do research, asking questions, making inquiries to other breeders, your veterinarian, or checking out the reputation, and integrity of the manufacturing companies, then compare those companies.
By taking a few simply steps now, will save a lot of heartache and remorse later. Over the years w
e have had the dubious honor of being blatantly imitated by several companies since we have been in business. Because of our high name recognition, and reputation, it would seem easy to put together a brooder that looks similar to ours, and sell it based upon that similarity. However, inferior materials and unproven electronics have been the hallmark of these companies; and although this is unfortunate for the customer, it is tragic for the animals placed inside these brooders.

We don't make our own electronic temperature controllers, these are the only parts we contract out. Because we can purchase a better product than we could make. The controllers we use are commercial grade, field-tested and have been proven for many years in industrial and commercial applications and were chosen for their reliability, accuracy and past success from companies that specialize in electronics, that's all they do.
