Our New dual digital display Temperature Controller
Our new temperature controller the 935 SD is the easiest, and most operator friendly of any controller past or present.
The digital display on the left shows the actual temperature inside the unit.
The display on the right shows the set temperature.
There are 4 buttons on the front of the controller: The green and infinity buttons are for calibrating. The up, and down buttons are for raising and lowering the temperature.
Press the up button to rise, or the down button to lower to the desired temperature.
It’s that simple.
There are two lights on the top of the controller:
Number #1 is indicating a request for power to the heating element. It will light up until the temperature approaches the set temperature then blink continually as to maintain the desired temperature.
Number #2 is the alarm. It will sound if the unit goes 3 degrees above or 3 degrees below the set point. To silence the alarm simply press the green button.
Maximum care extended warranty program
Our maximum care extended warranties are designed to offer peace of mind by literally extending the length of time a customer can expect to receive the maximum coverage.
As your nursery hospital gets older, the cost of repairs will increase. That's when you need protection the most! You should consider protecting your investment by extending your nursery hospital’s original warranty with our extended warranty. Our extended warranty covers all parts and all labor with the exception of the door (Because of the inherit nature of Plexiglas and its tendency to scratch, or warp. doors are not covered under any warranty) for the life of the nursery unit. The only cost you would incur is shipping both ways. This is the most value you can add to your nursery hospital because this extended
warranty is transferable to the next owner.
NH- Digital extended warranty $249.95
Not all temperature controllers are created equal.
There are several manufacturing companies using unproven (made in the basement type) digital controllers. They claim to be “state of the art” with all kinds of cute little gimmicks like “password protected”. The use of unproven or faulty electronics can result in over heating, fire or worse yet death. We live in a buyer beware world. The risks are so unnecessary. By taking a little time to do research, asking questions, making inquiries to other breeders, your veterinarian, or checking out the reputation, and integrity of the manufacturing companies, then compare those companies.
By taking a few simply steps now, will save a lot of heartache and remorse later. Over the years we have had the dubious honor of being blatantly imitated by several companies since we have been in business. Because of our high name recognition, and reputation, it would seem easy to put together a brooder that looks similar to ours, and sell it based upon that similarity. However, inferior materials and unproven electronics have been the hallmark of these companies; and although this is unfortunate for the customer, it is tragic for the animals placed inside these brooders.
We don't make our own electronic temperature controllers, these are the only parts we contract out. Because we can purchase a better product than we could make. The controllers we use are commercial grade, field-tested and have been proven for many years in industrial and commercial applications and were chosen for their reliability, accuracy and past success from companies that specialize in electronics, that's all they do.
