Due to the danger and severity of avian diseases, it is impossible for us to accept for a refund or exchange any Nursery Hospital intensive care unit, incubator or merchandise once it has been exposed to eggs or babies. Please make sure that the unit will suit your needs before placing anything inside.

We cannot guarantee a specific ship date. We ship on a first call, first ship basis.

No returns will be accepted after thirty days

Notification of damages or shortages must be made within three days. If you have damages, please save the box, packaging and damaged merchandise to be returned to Petiatric Supply. UPS requires that all claims be reported by the recipient of the package to UPS, then returned by UPS to Petiatric Supply. If there are any further problems, please contact us.
