All returns are required to have an “RMA” Return Merchandise Authorization number given by us.
Shipments without an RMA number will not be accepted; they will be rejected and returned to the shipper.
Due to the danger and severity of animal diseases, it is impossible for us to accept for a refund or exchange any Nursery Hospital intensive care unit, incubator or related merchandise once it has been exposed to eggs or babies. Please make sure that the unit will suit your needs before placing anything inside.
If you cancel your order or refuse your order after it has been shipped, you agree to be responsible for the total shipping and handling costs incurred to and from your location, which includes original shipment fees on items ordered during a free shipping promotion.
We cannot guarantee a specific ship date.

Notification of damages or shortages must be made within three days. If you have damages, please save the box, packaging and damaged merchandise to be returned to petiatric.com. UPS requires that all claims be reported by the recipient of the package to UPS, then returned by UPS to petiatric.com. If there are any further, problems please contact us.

Because of the inherit nature of Plexiglas and it’s tendency to scratch, or warp doors are not covered under warranty.
